Certainly! Our company phone number allows for texting, so if you need to communicate with us that way, it will be perfectly fine. That being said, we do prefer all initial inquiries be handled through email or a phone call. Once we get to know you a bit more, we can start texting. 

Yes! We appreciate you trusting us in your home and understand that we must take great care in protecting all of you belongings. In the unlikely event that something does break while the crew is at your home, please reach out to us within 48 hours by email (DownNDirtyCleanings444@gmail.com)

We typically operate Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm ONLY. However, we realize our clients have busy lives so we do offer cleanings on Saturdays BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Yes, we travel both in state and out of state for our client needs. Please contact us for further details concerning travel arrangements.  

If you need to reschedule or cancel please contact us within 48-24hrs of your service time. 

Yes, if for any reason there is problem with your cleaning. Contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a time to come address and concerns.
